• Cookies & Session Identifiers: Stored for user continuity and chat management.
• Messages: Temporarily stored for delivery and translation.
• Languages & Settings: Selected language and preferences.

We do not collect your name, phone number, address, or any government-issued ID. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

• Facilitate messaging and translation

Chat data is stored temporarily in encrypted form using Redis. All communication is secured via HTTPS and encrypted WebSockets.

Anonymous session data may be kept for up to 30 days for debugging and analytics. Messages are deleted after the session ends or shortly after.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data only if legally required or to comply with law enforcement requests.
